How long does the process take?

Selling your bankruptcy claim can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on the complexity of your situation. Usually we aim to close in less than one week.

Do you buy claims in any case?

We aim to provide liquidity in nearly all live bankruptcy cases. Feel free to ask us for a quote on any case!

What info do you need?

This depends on the case. At a minimum, we need to see the proof of claim and a minimum level of substantiation of the claim.

Should I file a proof of claim?

Yes, we always recommend filing a proof of claim.
